With a proven track record of delivering tangible results, I offer a uniqueblend of skills, insights, and solutions tailored to mitigate risks andoptimize financial performance.

Having successfully collaborated with organizations across variousindustries, I am committed to helping your business prosper byminimizing risks, optimizing financial performance, and strategicallypositioning your organization for long-term success.

I am a strong believer that finance plays one of the biggest roles inany business as it helps to support, structure, and optimize decision-making processes to perform better under internal and externalconstraints.Finance is not just about numbers. It is intertwined with every partof the business.

Finance is the engine that enables the businessto scale, and it also drives business plans to succeed throughimproving and structuring unstructured business contexts, being aproblem-solving function at task and execution.

At my core, I love bringing plans I believe in into reality and seeingthe impact of the results achieved. Taking a passive seat is not for
me, I get things rolling and tear down walls to reach the goal, for theresults are much sweeter that way.

From my journey, as an Enterprise Risk Leader, I pursue a holisticapproach to risk management, where all risks are viewed togetherwithin a coordinated and strategic framework. It differs from the moretraditional silo approach where companies seek to manage one riskat a time, on a largely compartmentalized and decentralized basis.

Essentially, I facilitate a common risk management frameworkto manage risk across the organization. Although organizationstypically have differentiated frameworks, there are three permanentfeatures: People, Rules, and Tools. “People” stands for individualswith defined responsibilities. These individuals employ repeatableprocesses (“Rules”) and technology (“Tools”) to mitigate risk.

I am a strong believer that ERM creates value for companies both at the “macro” or company-wide level and the “micro” or business-unitlevel.
